We had to make the very hard decision to Euthanasia our old cat.Dr Loyld is the most compassionate, empathic vet I have come across.I can't recommend her highly enough. At such a sad time she made it no stress. Gave us time didn't hurry our goodbye.Thank you for you compassion.

Dr Lloyd was on the way to help my family put down our beloved 15 year old dog, Lucy, but Lucy ended up passing a few minutes before Dr Lloyd was supposed to arrive. As Dr Lloyd was already in the area, she refunded us the full $350 we had paid for the service. Not to mention that this fee was far less than the $800 fee we were first quoted by another vet.This was a really nice gesture of kindness that went a long way, considering the grief we were feeling over losing our family member.Thanks Dr Lloyd

I contacted Dr Lloyds mobile vetCARE this afternoon to schedule an in home euthanasia. What a wonderful kind and caring staff member who made me feel so cared about. I cried my eyes out and he was so gentle with me. He gave me comforting words of advice, I felt like he could feel my grief about making this decision. I feel so much better that Dr Lloyds will be coming to us. We are full time travellers so they will be coming to the caravan park and provide care for our lovely old dog in her final moments. This is so important to me as she has had a lot of vet visits around Australia and is fearful…I don’t want to take her to a vet hospital and see her tremble in her last moments. Dr Lloyd will also take her to deal appropriately with her body which is also important as being travellers we are unable to deal with this aspect of end of life care for our girl Maggie. I am so thankful for this vet service. The next couple of days are going to be very tough but I feel at ease knowing she will be cared about by Dr Lloyds service.

Dr Lloyd was so gentle and caring when we arranged an at-home euthanasia for our beloved dog. I really appreciated the professional service she provided, and my good boy was totally at ease, lying on the couch in the sun with me as he drifted away.She recommended Patch and Purr to pick up for a cremation afterwards. Both businesses very caring and recommended.

I had to make the heart breaking decision to give my beautiful sweet 9 year cat euthanasia as he was struggling to breathe and suffering. Dr Adele came to my home and put him to sleep quickly. She was the loveliest, sweetest natured vet I have ever met. She talked to and comforted DJ as he went and lovingly wrapped him in a blanket and took him for cremation. The kindest she showed means so much. I cannot recommend enough. I would like to thank her so much for her compassion, and the way she gently and lovingly took care of DJ. Thank you
