I booked in for this place for a massage from a scoopon I had purchased via the number I was supplied and spoke with a male.Less than 2 hours before my appointment, I got a text to say that he no longer was available at this time and could I come much later. It was my last day off so I said yes.As soon as I got there I didn't really feel like the set up made me feel comfortable. The picture advertised on my scoopon for the clinic looked nothing like the real place. The real room was dingy looking and one of the first things I noticed was the pillow I was expected to lay on had a dirty cover. I'm in the health industry, and this place didn't give off a hint of hygiene at all. I felt like the whole process was a bit tacky and not professional at all. Rajeesh (the masseuse) seemed nice, but nervously awkward and underconfident. I couldn't relax during the massage, because I was (a female) alone in a room (that was upstairs and secluded) with a male and kept thinking of the pillow I saw.All of this was not mentioned on the scoopon. When I asked what methods he used he just said deep tissue". The room was divided by a big curtain & it was quickly explained that I was to undress and lay down.I decided not to undress

If your health is important to you, do NOT try this place at all. I believe the masseuse is not trained and does not know how to give a massage. I actually suffered severe back pain after his massage!Besides, he was talking on his phone in the middle of the massage! It's not worth trying even on a discount!

I went here from a deals voucher. It was clean, He used warm oil and warm towels which was very nice.I found him to be very good, caring that the pressure was not to hard, I have had trouble with my shoulder for three years and have been having physio, he is also qualified in physio, I thought he did a very good job on it and I have been getting more relief from it. I would consider going here again even though it is the other side of town. He also does yoga and acupuncture. I was nearly put off by some of the comments but went anyway, and I am glad I did

I agree with the poor reviews other purchasers (Online reviews) have stated about the Core Wellness Spa in Parkside, Adelaide SA. The place was dingy and looked unclean. I also felt very uncomfortable and felt the massage was 'too physically intrusive' and not professional. The only positve reviews about this business seem to be from men, whom, I strongly suspect, didn't have the same leve of 'physical attention' that the women received.I purchased my voucher from Living Social. I have now reported this company to Living Social twice, once when I had the massage on May 2015, and again recently, when I saw that Living Social was still promoting this company, so I hope something is done.

Previous reviews very unfair. Yes this is a solo practice with a male masseuse, but he is very professional. Calm relaxing environment. Uses nice towels and modern massage table. Will go again.

He is a professional and kind Physiotherapist. I had a 7 months old complicated issues in my shoulder and GP suggested to do the surgery. I went for a couple of sessions at Core Being Wellness Centre and I was feeling much better then I continued one month sessions. Thank you for saving me from surgery. I would highly recommend this physio.

I got gifted a massage voucher to this place and went to it last weekend without reading any reviews. As a person who have massages every month I think the masseuse is professional and i left feeling relaxed. He did massage my lower back/close to my butt or near the cheeks but I have had female masseuse who have done the same so I don't think this guy is being sleezy at all. Give it a go.

After reading previous reviews we did not know what to expect but we redeemed our scoopon vouchers yesterday. While the massages were ok, the use of dirty reused linen and towels was unsettling andthe bed was still oily from the previous client!!Coming from health professional backgrounds this was concerning to us, as the potential for cross contamination was huge and really is unacceptable in 2019.Therefore not as relaxing as we’d expected!!

Very highly recommended. He is a most effective and pleasant therapist. As an older woman I've had many different treatments over the years for back problems and sciatica. Rajeesh has been a wonderful help for me (and is the most reasonable as far as cost goes!) The rooms have a very relaxed, comfortable feeling, cool in summer and warm in winter. He is always ready to adapt his technique according to the need of the day - such as less or more pressure - and is fantastic at finding the trigger" spots

Unprofessional. No symmetry, no time allocated to set muscle groups, definitely not a physiotherapist. I don't think he is trained in massage. Felt uncomfortable. No music. Massage finished early but I was glad to get out of there.(Also, if you read the good reviews, a lot are duplicated, pretty sure most are fake)
