I have done F45 before but these guys at Cairns southern suburbs F45 know their stuff and know how to keep you motivated. After my first free week trial I was hooked and have been nearly every morning since. Such a great team of trainers who are focused you getting the results you want. Great job team!

So I went there to check how the program runs and after the girl entered the studio who the other lady asked me to wait was so arrogant and gave me a look like why you are here, we don't need you here... Even though I spoke to her feels like look this place not for you.... I was so keen to start this but I guess I will never be going back to this place ever and won't even suggest anything.... Disgusting and rude people.

I’ve just recently moved back from Brisbane and have gone through a few F45 classes in Brisbane and Townsville and I did not enjoy the classes, the atmosphere and feeling I got from the previous gyms weren’t convincing enough to have me signed up, I just did not feel welcomed but rather judged for how unfit and slow I was. As soon as I started my first day of my 1 week trial here at F45 Edmonton, I knew that this is where I wanted to be and this is where I was going to be, and signed up right away. It’s that simple. The feeling I got from everyone when I first started here was seriously amazing, even up until this very day, it continues to be and feel amazing. The atmosphere is incredible and am addicted to my classes, I love it. Thank you guys for making me feel right at home and pushing me to my limits, I’m getting better and better every week. Highly recommend

I’ve just started my F45 journey and am really enjoying it. I started because I needed to do something for myself, to get fit, lose weight and most of all learn how to eat properly. F45 Soithern Suburbs has been nothing but encouraging and supportive.
