Great service and lovely staff

Just wanted to share about my experience with the Kwinana Prouds store today ,I was served by Lisa a lovely lady very patient with me picking my watch and so helpful and taking an interest what was best for me and what would suit me .This kind of service doesn’t come very often and each time I pop into Prouds kwinana I look forward to seeing Lisa for fantastic service always .(Also there is 2 ladies with the same name ) The Lisa I highly recommend for caring service is a tall lady with brown hair .Well done to Prouds in Kwinana for having such a lovely lady working in your store .Thank you again Lisa looking forward to buying beautiful Jewellery for you and your store⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Marisa

Staff were very accommodating in helping us find some new earings for myself and the wife, showing us the Huggies range which were great value for money. So we got 3 pairs great work and thankyou

Went twice,,, not a great customer support or service...

Not happy with the inconsistency in information,I was told there is no charge to resizing a ring when I bought it but when my husband was picking up the ring up he was charged for resizing.When I went back to the shop to ask, the senior staff member just brushed me off….no explanation whatsoever
