Signed up for the Registration Certificate, was VERY disappointed with this company.Pros:- Marks your papers quicklyCons:- Doesn't respond to emails- No support what so ever- Learning material is insufficient to complete units (Have to google over 70% of information)- Overall not worth the money.

I had a very good experience with Certificate in Real Estate Practice Part 1. Then I continued with NREL with Part 2. There was some frustration with Unit 11 Trust Accounting (system uploading then wiping off answers etc) but now I have completed the whole course. Overall I appreciate the assessing team and IT supports. The cost of this course is a lot cheaper than TAFE, so overall it is good value based on the cost and the learning I made out of it. The course content was extremely ambiguous and the course trainers were non existent. Save yourself the headache of trying to figure out what to do because the cheap price just ain't worth it. The course website looks like it was built in the 1970s and theres nothing I regret more than parting with my hard earnt money. The only thing I can do now is warn all potential people wanting to learn through this institution. Take my advice. Don't do it!!!

My experience was amazing with NREL. I got all the support that I needed and everytime I had a query it was dealt with promptly. Trainer and admin staff were really kind and supportive aswell. Thank you NREL for such amazing service :)100/100

I came across NREL online and found them to be the best value and best price training for Certificate of registration. I found the platform and the course to be easy to understand and was a very quick turnaround to grade the assessments once completed. Absolutely recommend.

Terrible NSW Property Services Cert IV course, luckily I have been in the industry long enough to know that sections that were against the legislation for NSW however I worry for any new people doing this course as information is incorrect, missing, repetitive, irrelevant.There is no communication even when you are reporting errors in their course, marking takes up to a month, release date for part two of the course was late by over 6 months. They refuse any phone contactSome other staff members in our office used different providers and had a great experience - pay the extra money and go elsewhere.

Disappointed to share I had an awful experience with this provider. After paying the money for the course I never received log in details (even after logging a help desk ticket). As a result I missed my companies deadline to complete the course. I requested a refund and was told I would have to forfeit $150 admin fee. Still to the day I have not received any log in details to complete the course and the only offer of a solution was to to transfer the course to someone else. I had heard nothing but good things about this company however after my experience I would not recommend.

“THE BEST” in the business....I think 5 STARS are not enough for their professional service. I wish i could give them more stars...I am very much pleased with the service and help from the whole NREL team. They are very professional and easy approachable.
