i couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect wedding that maria helped us to organize. Maria was calm, confident and made sure everything was perfect for our day. She didn’t miss anything and made the planning organization and execution come to fruition with excellence. Frank and Joy is wonderful to work with.

I unfortunately had a really horrible experience with Frank and Joy for my wedding in November. They cancelled a collection of styling items the week of my wedding and offered no alternatives or solutions to help accommodate the loss of this equipment. When the rug was delivered, it had food, flowers and rubbish smashed into the material - the staff at my venue had to clean it all off. When I sent this through to them via email with photos, they didn't even acknowledge my email or apologise.

So blown away with the work that Roxy and the team at Frank & Joy do. They run things so seamlessly and creatively. The thing that I'm most impressed with though is just how wonderful they are as humans, and how fun they make your wedding day. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

What can I say, Roxy from Frank & Joy is a true superstar & worth her weight in gold!We’re local to the area so we wanted to plan the wedding ourselves as I was actually pretty excited to do that bit, so we went with the month out package from Frank & Joy and handed everything over to Roxy & team a month before our wedding date.Roxy went through all the details thoroughly, liaised with all the suppliers we’d organised and made sure nothing was left out.We also hired some beautiful & high quality pieces from Frank & Joy’s own range which added that bit of finesse to our styling.Roxy was there for the set up the day before the wedding, overseeing everything and adding in little extra touches that we’d missed, with such ease and grace.We had both Roxy & Lea on the ground at the actual wedding and they were like these amazing angels who just made everything run to perfection.The table settings were perfect, the decorating was exactly how we wanted it & the layout was bang on...these ladies really know how to make space flow!They were there to answer any questions, they made sure we didn’t miss out on food or drinks while we were busy having photos and chatting with guests...they even got myself and my bridesmaids a sneaky little champagne just before we walked down the aisle!Those little touches make a huge difference on the day.And they stayed until the very end & made sure all guests left smoothly & got home safely.There is no way our day would have run so smoothly & enjoyably without this amazing team behind us!We didn’t have a single worry or stressed moment on the day thanks to Roxy, Lea & the Frank & Joy Team.I truly feel they went above & beyond to create the most perfect day for us.Thank you for making it such a magical dream of a day for us... we just wish we could do it all over again!Justine & Alex
