Had to renew my card details for my monthly debit as the expiry date had changed. Updated it online and the portal was not working so had to take time off work to go in just to update the expiry date on my card because they can’t update it over the phone. Ridiculous! Disgusting service that us taxpayers are paying for.

I went in to the Mitcham Service SA on a Monday at 4 PM. There were about 3 in the queue ahead of me. Queue moved quickly. I was renewing my Driver's licence. Was told how to fill in the form, happily clearly.My number was called after about a minute or so. Went up to the counter, handed the paperwork over, had my photo taken and out.The whole thing took about 15 minutes. Staff were helpful and professional.

Today I visited Service SA Mitcham. I would like to mention the staff were extremely helpful and service oriented. Michael advised me correctly and then I also saw other staff concerned and supporting in all possible ways to customers struggling with language or from other nationalities. Kudos to the team. A big thank you for all your good work!!

Came into the Mitcham Service Centre today and could not have been more impressed with the staff member that helped us. Even though I needed to spend a little time collecting all the information required at no stage did I feel rushed or under pressure. The person who served us was so helpful. Same experience I have everytime I use this outlet.

I was caught up in the Optus breach and was not looking forward to renewing my licence. I was really impressed with Service SA Mitcham. There was a long queue but they were very well organised, had forms ready, and explained the process up and down the queue. It all happened very smoothly. In addition, the man managing the queue talked of 'his staff' (seldom heard these days) and was clearly trying to protect them as much as possible while they dealt with the onslaught. Congratulations to them all.
