My son loves this shop. He is always in there with his pocket money browsing endlessly. He is only 13 and I just find that instead of getting frustrated or annoyed, as people can with kids, the staff are so friendly and helpful

I would never purchase anything from EB Games after my recent experience-Please be aware everyone they do not offer exchanges or refunds on any type of headset EVEN the ones they don’t have available to try in store.We recently purchased a set of $200 headphones for gaming after being recommended a certain type of headset- an upgrade to my current ones, they had no way of trialling in store so the sales person guaranteed the quality- first use was terrible and tried to exchange- got nowhere, not accomodating one bit.Do not shop here.

This is the best EB Games on the Gold Coast, maybe even the World!! Excellent customer service, Great Staff to help with your gaming needs. Love pre-ordering my game’s from here and I won’t buy anything gaming elsewhere. Keep up the great work and look forward to going back again soon.

I wish they brought back games I could test out, I know the company removed them so their employees can't play them. I also feel bad for the employees for having to stand all day......no chairs I can see. Seems pretty toxic working environment. The staff are fantastic and as always I love going to both robina and Burleigh EB
