Not very inclusive. For a family with sensory limitations it was not enjoyable. The music was far too loud, it wasn’t clean and had a musty smell, it was very cramped and difficult to manoeuvre. The flashing lights in contrast to the low lighting made it difficult to see and became overwhelming.The most disappointing part is if you have a concession or companion card you have to call to make a booking. Not very accessible for those with telephonophobia.

Really enjoyed coming here for Laser Tag. Would enjoy it more if the space was bigger/more hiding areas/beacons explained more clearly. Found that I was getting shot when no one was near me/around me (for example, they were down one end of the room and I the other and no one was aiming at me) not sure if that was due to sensitivity setting?Otherwise, the games were enjoyable.

It’s quite overpriced. $131 for 2 people including a 1 drink, 1 escape room, 1 game of bowling and 1 round of mini golf (1 course).The golf was very fast, took around 6-7 minutes. Not very entertaining even with the extra fun twists involved.Bowling was okay, at the end a text came over the score and we couldn’t take a photo to show our friends/family. Just change it to come up every few moments.Escape room was also okay, the puzzle difference is very dramatic. Some very easy, some very difficult - maybe a good thing for some. The rooms worked as intended and was fun.Staff also had a habit of gossiping to each other while we waited in line to be served.3/5 for the facility. 1/5 for service :(

Went for Karaoke and Pool for my friend's 19th birthday. Latetia was incredibly approachable, friendly, absolutely amazing with service, drink recommendations, and overall absolutely MADE the night. Venue was really chill with good music in the background. Will definitely go again, and advise anyone who values good customer service to do the same.

Best place to hang out with friends me and a mate did holey moley and Karaoke the guy extended our time for free provided we bought another round of drinks heaps good love Karaoke will be back again always had a good time at this place a few times now and the Arcade down stairs is open till late also if it's more your vibe awesome place to be am absolute menace at and people just laugh at you rather then kick you out as long as no one gets hurt and you don't bully people everyone is just here having a great time.Good place for family and friends mini golf laser tag arcade bowling drinks food is okay but if you want better food guess what better food at the many bars and restaurants open till later underneath as well can't believe the place isn't more popular a truly hidden gem.

Nice place to bring kids and the whole family. Several games and activities for everyone. Rooms can be rented for special occasions or parties. The kids had fun playing bowling. Food was also good.

We had a slight hiccup (our fault) with our booking of 15 yesterday and the manager was a rock star and fixed everything and even gave us extra games. My niece had the most amazing 16th with her friends. Thank you so much to the manager (sorry I didn’t get your name but wearing maroon) and also special mentions to buzz light year, the beautiful young lady in orange and the flamingo. I would happily hire any one of you anywhere!Thank you for making her day perfect!
