Had lunch around the area with my mother on her birthday and thought: let’s buy her flowers! I googled florist near me and found this place. Got served by this very helpful lady who helped us choose a few blooms and some foliage to go with it, then efficiently and expertly wrapped it into a beautiful and classy bouquet. My mother was so happy with the bouquet - her face just lit up and she took it with her everywhere for the rest of the day.

I've ordered from Victoria Whitelaw many times, including Veggie Boxes, hampers, and bouquets. I am extremely happy with the quality, freshness, and selection of the produce and flowers. Beautiful flowers - this florist happens to be near my parent's place and my mum raves about it all the time so I surprised her with a big bouquet (also ordering from the US) for her birthday. The bouquet was so huge she had to break it into two separate bouquets!

Unacceptable attitude!The Senior lady （maybe the owner）who assisted me showed no patience from the beginning! Complaining about people squeeze the flower when I tried to pick a better rose out of a bunch as they were all sold individually! Well it wasn’t me the person who squeeze the rose why you give me the attitude? Why would I pay for a half dead flower if I’m paying in full?! Then She totally lost patience when I start to pick and pulled the flowers out violently, I thought maybe it’s the right way to do that until I clearly realise that was actually an attitude on me. cuz just before I was about to pay I saw another young lady bring out a bucket of other flowers which I really like so I requested to change to that one, the senior lady just flung the flower on to the table, “now what? What do you want?” Shockingly rude person!Bad attitude I’ve ever seen. It’s a flower shop, how can a person with the least patience and least kindness be able to look after flowers and sell them to people!I just walked outside of the shop, really want to go back to return the flower but I will just save my time and steps but write a review instead!!!!!!!I have flower shop downstairs my building but I walked 1km to shop with you and this is what I get! Keep doing this if you think it wouldn’t harm your business! The result will show anyway!!
