Pricing is better than other chain stores but not so cheap it's worth travelling great distances for. Lots of brands for bubs, marquise, purebaby, bonds, tommy banana etc. Can be very hit and miss on availability. At the end of the day it's outlet shopping...sometimes they got stuff, sometimes they don't

Just because surely with this many different things in the store there must be something to buy however there wasn't. Not lacking range though.

Extensive range of products across many categories and mostly at very reasonable prices.Update: Feb 2022, lots less in most departments at the moment, nil men's skincare. Supply chain problems I guess

I love these stores, you never know what you'll find. Clothing manchester pet accessories, handbags shoes, home wares, small furniture sometimes.

Great stuff at great prices..my best buy from there was an enormous concrete garden snail for under $50!!! Love this place!!!

Hi there. I visited this afternoon when I was served by a young lady named Matilda, who was very rude towards me. I am young, and understand that public holidays can be busy having being in hospitality for years of my life. However, when I approached the counter and asked how she was, I got ignored and she yelled quite loudly at her coworker what the price of an item was. She fumbled my items around frustratedly, and then only said “total is $90, tap here”. I was not offered a bag considering the large amount of items I purchased and the cost of them. She didn’t wish me a good day nor did she even say thanks. She just said next please. I totally understand how frustrating working on busy holidays can be and when customers come in close to closing, but really at least acknowledging my existence is less than bare minimum. Super disappointing as this place is my favourite.
