DONT GO!! I went to their shop at Strathpine last week to get my septum done. I believe my piercer's name was Ash. When i went in with Ash i was with my friend who was also getting their septum done. She didn't say a word till she had the clamp in my nose feeling for my sweet spot"

I have a double helix piercing I got done nearly a year ago, came in and asked for it to be changed to rings which was done for me in store.I had nearly two days of excruciating pain (worse than when I had them pierced) before going to another piercing shop to get it out. Turns out the rings she put in were too small and ripping my ear (8 gauge used instead of 10 gauge).

I went to the strathpine store and was pierced (conch) by Ash. I’ve had many piercings before but this was by far the best experience. Ash was knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions and help choose the best placement for me. The piercing was quick, easy, and relatively painless. Aftercare was explained and you even get a free checkup appointment 2 weeks after the piercing. I was so impressed that since my appointment my partner has received 2 piercings from Ash (septum and eyebrow), and my daughters have had their ears done by her also. Would definitely recommend Ash (and unicorn) to friends, 5 star!

Had my septum done here. Was done by Mady. She was nice but she messed up my piercing. It was on a angle and in the wrong spot. Also the jewellery piece was to small for the healing process. Was done just over 3 weeks ago. Had to go to another place to check it out and removed cause it was wrong and painful. Wouldn't suggest coming here

Great place, service & professionalism. The lady (Mady) was super nice & my piercing didn’t hurt AT ALL. Fast & efficient, I didn’t even book in just randomly walked in & decided I wanted another piercing lol, she was great. I recommend Mady if you’re thinking about getting a piercing or even just wanting new bars etc they’ve got some great stuff & they don’t push u to get anything. Overall very satisfied.

Had both my nipples pierced. Ash was wonderful, very informative & very patient & gentle with me. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this business to others. I will return for any future piercings or purchases. Thanks Ash☺️

I’ve had 3 piercings from this store and it’s been a wonderful experience the 2 times ive gone in, unfortunately couldnt get the piercing i wanted but was able to get others in return. I received my rook piercing from Kristen aswell as receiving my daith and navel from Ash, the service is amazing i definitely recommend going to unicorn piercing for your piercing needs :)

All the girls here are amazing, professional & lovely to deal with, know their stuff so no mess ups - happened b4 to me with another well known place - I am allergic to titanium. We've been going here for a few years now. Love my new one that was recommended & 2 for 1 Mondays, affordable either way. Even do free follow up, not that we've needed it, no issues. Thank you!

Ash did an amazing job with my nose piercing and had overall great experience and service. She was so lovely and supportive throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!!

Went to this business today with a friend as her piercing had fallen out and was looking for a replacement piece, I also wanted to check pricing on childrens ear piercing for my own child.We had a look at the jewellery, my friend had a few questions on sizes and the lady serving us from the start of our interactionwas sarcastic, rude and condescending. Also rolling her eyes and making faces. Like the only other way I can explain it was that she was intentionally trying to be unhelpful. Maybe she was overwhelmed having 4 people instore and just wanted us out but it felt like she had a issue with us from the start.We ended up leaving as I will not spend money at a business that treats their customers this way. I would not recommend.
