Terrible delivery - food was over an hour late, then the driver shows up and says 'sorry there's been a mix up with the order, I need to come back'.But - the store manager has since offered a full refund, and the food was good once it did arrive.

Very dissappointing experience. On numerous occasions despite them displaying a special sign advertising buy two chicken wings and get two for free, they always seem to say they do not have any cooked. I did ask if they plan on cooking any that day and was told by the man serving that he didn't know when they would be cooking. Based on how rude the man was I have decided not to buy anything from this store in the future.

Horrible service by the superviser (Ben) tonight. Really disappointed. They made a mistake with my order and I rang them to let them know, I had to drive back to get it fixed.The only service he gave me was 'call headoffice' and gave me a kingsleys bag with their contact number on it.

Their online ordering service was down but they couldn't take a phone order. Their solution was to come into the shop. The reason I tried to order online was because I didn't want to go to the shop.

Bought two pieces of Southern fry only to find that not one but BOTH had nearly all the meat removed. I realise that you fillet the chicken to make burgers and what not, but I estimate that I got less than 10 grams of chicken per piece. Very disappointed.

Business in a massive death spiral. Staff can't follow parking instructions in there place of business. Have had ever order wrong for a long time and the awesome chips have been replaced with a cheap imitation. The entitlements of Kingsley will be it's down fall as they don't appreciate keeping their customers happy. Typical business taken over by Indians.

We live 1.7 km for the store it took 40min for the deliver after the driver got lost. When he eventually turned up the food was on the cold side and the chips were soggy as. Read the fine print the 30min delivery or its free doesn't apply to asap orders even though there is a digital footprint of how long it took.

This outlet seems to cooked chicken before it's fries fresh/raw. Chicken are dried. The oil also needed to be replaced as you can tell from the chicken. Will patron other outlets. Mr. Kingsley, do a spot check on this franchise

Service is quick and good.One young boy(don’t know his name) made me the best lemon paper wraps today as he always does, the wrapping paper was very clean and easy for me to carry it (cuz sometimes another shop do make the sauce everywhere...)I’m so happy to buy my quick dinner from here, and really love the lemon paper wraps!
