H&R Block

The former office Manager (Patrick) was very friendly and I always felt comfortable when I attended for my tax refund appointment, but, 2 years ago, the current office Manager is very rude and not very friendly. He doesn't really make the clients feel welcome. I wish Pat was still working there. Because of this current Manager,I am going to change my tax accountant to do my tax this year. And plus every year, they always change their fee.

Do not use this branchI wish star ratings went into the negativeI walked into the airport west branch only to find it was unattended by staff for atleast 6-10 minutes, giving me access to the secure document bin and printed classified information on desks.This is unnaceptable for a tax agent, a profession that holds very sensitive and personal details.I had access to the whole branch and could have taken what ever documents I wanted.When the staff member returned (Pat) he knew he was in the wrong but refused to talk to me because he had an appoitment"

They screwed up and I had to pay the taxman extra 700. Then when I went in they were like, theres nothing we can do, woops. Not my problem.

I've been seeing a wonderful tax accountant called Patrick here for many years.Last year I turned up to Patrick away and was assisted by an accountant that was not very personable.Today, I called to confirm my appointment for 730pm and was told that Patrick was not in. As I hadn't recieved a phone call to advise me of a change, I notified the male receptionist that I book in advance to see Patrick every year - he was super rude, saying that it wasn't his problem and that there was no note on my file noting my preference and it wasn't up to him call me about the change of accountant.When I tried to reschedule, he spoke over me.See you later H&R Block.I'll miss you Patrick - if you ACTUALLY do work there anymore.

Today I visited this H&R Block for the first time and I was lucky enough to have Serhan take care of me. He was super helpful and kind. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family and for sure be back next tax season!

Very unprofessional , I was dealing with Jaz and Chungling for indivijual returns and business returns1. They take money in advance2. Then we need to follow up so many times for filing returns3. They delayed my indivijual tax returns and filed after 15th May and then filed as self instead of tax agent don’t know if I uIncur any penalty4.I have also got penalty from ATO for not paying super within 28days which they missed to inform me5. These are just form fillers no tax agents they take fees in name of tax consulting but at the end of year just fill forms and that to on follow ups6. I ended the services and asked for refund no reply and not picking up calls eitherVery I professionalI wish I could have given no star at all
