From application to finalising lease, and moving in I have found the whole process to be a positive one. Any maintenance or faults I have encountered have been dealt with and fixed very fast. Can only recommend Fall Real Estate in a positive way, as the people I have had to deal with have been friendly and professional at all times.

Never ever will i deal with Fall again. My property manager Ariel was extremely unprofessional and incompetent. I am still waiting for my bond to be released and overpayment of rent. She has said a number of times my bond will be returned and still hasn't done it. Also trying to charge me for things I am not responsible for and not referring to the ingoing condition report . I also had 3 property managers in 12 months. No maintenance was ever carried out either.

Professional agency that was a pleasure to rent a property through. We initially were introduced to the property by Kim Gould from Fall Real Estate at Lindisfarne who showed us the property and then submitted our application. Management of the property was handled by Fall Real Estate at Howrah by Ariel and Molly. All are easy to communicate with and any issues that arose during our tenancy were attended to without fuss. Rental payments are easy by simply doing a bank transfer quoting a reference number. Moneys were always receipted promptly and their system allows you to easily see what and up to when your rent is paid. If we were to remain in Tasmania, we would have definitely remained with Fall RE and probably purchased our next property through Fall RE. All in all a very enjoyable experience and we would not hesitate in recommending Fall Real Estate.

Good work Fall Real Estate and thank you!I have been living in different rental properties in different states for 8 years so far, and Ariel is the best property manager i have ever deal with.Last night was a cold rainy Sunday night, what's even worse is that i got locked out by accident. I was in extreme despair thinking of having no where to stay in such a cold rainy night and still have to work tomorrow. I called a lock smith and they quoted me nearly $400 to get job done(yes, i would rather stay in a hotel if i have to pay that much). Therefore, I ended up trying my luck calling Ariel (property manager of the property i live in). I didn't really expect my call will be answer by any agent at 10pm Sunday night, but Ariel was so thoughtful and kind to answer my phone call quickly even if she was not on duty. She understood my emergency and the despair i was in and offer me all the assistance she within her capability. With Ariel's assistance, I was able to gain access to the property again within 30 minutes after the call. Big problem solved!You are real LIFE SAVER!
