We were so excited to receive our Dinky Dog seat!He was a little frightened first getting in, but settled after 5 minutes of riding. Alfie is only 8 months so he’s going through a state of being a little protective of the family. He likes to be at the front of the pack, if the kids or my husband were in front, he barked. By the end he was loving it and laying down on the rest.The installation video was super easy to follow!

Fits well on my Valk XT6. Dachshund is a bit on the large size but fits nicely, I'll look into a little pad for his chest/arms but he loves it already. Lots of smiles from pedestrians as we pass :)

My 10kg miniature Labradoodle and I just love cycling together every weekend, thanks to Dinky Dogs! We sourced the product via google (I wanted an Australian company) ordered it Sunday night and received it in Brisbane Wednesday!!! The Dinky dog team were wonderful to deal with, easy to speak with and very helpful!

So my dog used to give me sad looks when I left him home and went for a ride. Looked around and discovered Dinky Dog. easy to order and quick delivery. My dog absolutely loves it now he can ride with me, plus a bonus run at the halfway mark. (I walk him also at the beach). some minor teething issues at the beginning, quickly solved by Wayne. a great product and plenty of comments on the ride.

Beware. Unfortunately, the product did not work for my wife's e-bike. That should have been no problem because of the returns policy. I contacted Wayne, the owner at Dinky Dog and he advised to ship back at my own expense which I did. Repeated follow up calls over 6 months result in promises of a refund but no refund has been received. I logged a claim with PayPal and the owner lied that the return was not received.

Love our Dinky dog seat, it's great to be able to take our pup our and about with us. Arrived quickly, great customer service from the team with quick responses. It is difficult to set up, needed husbands muscles to get it going. Also is hard to remove and switch between bikes, again needs quite a bit of force. Very comfy for the dog and feels very safe.

Frustrating lack of communication with Wayne the owner. I ordered the doggles but the correct colour wasn't in stock. Rather than receiving an online reimbursement it was sent to me by post in the wrong currency for where I live. The carrier is too small for my dog who fits the measurements on the website, it honestly doesn't look comfortable for him at all! I emailed several times but no communication whatsoever. Was really excited about this product so it's a shame it hasn't worked out.
