The driveway had sunken in a few areas creating a uneven and dangerous trip hazard.The driveway now looks as good as new. I highly recommend Slab Jack Industries for underpinning on a concrete slab. They were extremely helpful and friendly throughout as well as easy to get hold of and communicate with. Slab Jack Parramatta quoted $4,500 to fix my sunken carport slab with a written 10 year warranty stating that if it sank again it would be repaired for free. Slab Jack was the most competitive of the quotes I received so I accepted & paid a 10% deposit. They arrived on time on the scheduled day & raised my carport slab back to its original position. I'm very happy with the job that Slab Jack did.

I engaged Slab Jack to do some small stabilisation work which was completed in August 2022. At the time the work was completed, I was advised of a warranty. Shortly after (roughly one week) I noticed some internal cracks in a wall above where the work had been completed and called to raise a warranty claim and request a copy of the warranty itself as this had not been provided. Slab Jack sent around an technician to assess the damage. After following up Slab Jack for months, I was recently advised that the damage was outside of their scope of work and would not be covered under warranty. I’ve tried to escalate the issue and a manager is meant to call back however to date, I’ve not heard anything. At every stage I’ve had to chase Slab Jack and to this day, despite requesting numerous times I still don’t have a copy of the warranty paperwork.Really disappointed with the overall service, I thought I had engaged a reputable company however I was wrong.I would not recommend engaging this company.

My pool was levelled up and a void underneath was correctedThis was done in a clean process. No mess.I am now confident my pool is secure. Repairs on foundationI was quote a cash price over $11,00 to be paid on commencement of work by slack Jackers for resin to be pumped into my foundation Working in the owner Rick’s favour. There was no soil test carried out NO PLUMBING MARKING . They simply pumped BLINDLY. Making no difference to the foundations.Four years later l have had MAINMARK carried out an excellent job and moving my house 5cm back into place and stabilising the foundations.Very disappointing and SHONKY with no guarantee whereas with Mainmark 20 years guarantee.
