I have been using Arana jewellers for a very long time now. They have made unique pieces for both myself and my wife. I purchased my sons first really good watch for his 16th. They have also cleaned and repaired watches and jewellery for us. Great value and great service.

Never go here to change a watch battery, or enquire about any watch related issue. I was given wrong advice, subsequently found out that Arana Jewellers had put fingerprints inside 2 of my expensive watches, said they were irreparable - and so I saw a qualified Swiss watchmaker in the city who repaired both watches for me in the spot, & alerted me to the dubious work that had been carried out previously on my 2 watches. Steer clear of Arana Jewellers, they are most definitely not watchmakers in any sense of the word!!

Lovely staff! Helpful not pushy, they do lay-bys. Very knowledgeable too. My husband and I are very happy customers.

Very friendly, helpful and patient staff. Repaired my chain link on the spot, free of charge. We came back a few days later to try and get a watch for my nephew for his birthday and the lovely lady was so patient and understanding with his special requests. She tried to help us with many suggestions and tried to figure out what he did and didn't want in the watch. Unfortunately, he didn't find what he wanted but I was incredibly impressed with how the sales representative was with him.

This place does shocking quality work and is a rip off. I took a silver bracelet to be resized, it cost over $60, and it broke at the spot where the links had been rejoined within two days. I took it back and asked for a refund, but they refused a refund and instead offered to fix it for an additional $25!

At the Arana Jewellers store I was introduced to their jeweller-watchmaker.I can’t remember meeting a more arrogant and conceited person. He immediately let me know that touching such an ordinary device was below his station in life; however, for the sum of $15 he would force himself to replace the battery.Fifteen minutes later, amid a sneering “it goes” and further disparaging language, he slid the “it” back at me.As I walked toward my car, I noticed that my watch’s hands were just flopping back and forth. I had to laugh; obviously, Basil had refused to further soil his fingers by pushing in the winder to set the time.
