I cant believe the short amount of time it took for you to complete the work, considering i had just under three weeks till my wedding. Best clothing alterations business I have dealt with. An absolutely lovely woman who is so accommodating and her work is very professional. Have been using her for 2 years and every alteration had been spot on.

Fantastic and very professional. I have lost count the number of times that my wife has taken clothes to be altered here and has received them back exactly as you needed without any need for them to go back. Could not recommend this service any higher for anyone looking for alterations for their clothing.

The service is fast and well done, however it’s pricy. $25 per hem of a pair of pants I didn’t even need to try as I took it already measured sounded pretty salty to me.Also, I asked for a receipt and she gave me one hand-written with a non-existing ABN number.Didn’t find any of these professional.

*** Appalling customer service and appalling quality of work ***I regret so much having brought my wedding dress for alterations to Professionalclothing alterations.At my initial visit I felt rushed and the service was so impersonal.I was quite desperate as my own tailor had broken her arm and couldn’t work on my dress. She had already started with a few simple alterations but nothing that couldn’t be undone - the dress was pretty much the same as I purchased it from the bridal shop, except for the fact that the cups had been removed. I made the mistake of believing and hoping that the quality of this woman’s work didn’t necessarily have to be similar to her manners and attitude.When I picked it up I was so disappointed and suggested we tried a few things to see if it was better. She just kept saying that it was perfect and I was just being FUZZY. I was treated with such disrespect and was offered nil alternatives or solutions. I had to come up with a solution myself, even though I was paying for her services and “expertise”. It took her less than 2 minutes to very poorly and reluctantly modify something to then say that she was done with the dress and that she could not do anything else. Pretty much: give me money and take your dress! Which I did.STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PERSON IF YOU WANT QUALITY AND PERSONALISED SERVICE!!! NOT EVEN IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING CHEAP - ITS NOT WORTH IT!

Thi Ann is so friendly and personal. She does fast alterations and listens to what you want done. I’ve been going to her for my everyday wear for years
