Very unprofessional service.Wasted 2 weeks waiting on Tom, He took days to respond to messages, and then after two weeks of my request for an appointment I called him only to find out he didn't read my first message with my location and said I don't live in his service area.

Very dispointed...It was Emilia refer to me. I wait for a week for Tom's call to confirm a date. I immidiatly contact my tanent, also I message him if the tenant is not availiable I can open the door for him. Hours later, my tenant said Tom change the time...I tried to call Tom immidiatly (6:20pm) to change back the time cause I could't make it. He didn't pickup. The other day, he rely my message sadi he couldn't book service someone may or maynot at home.I clearly said if the tenant is not at home I can open the door, at the time he proposed!Why I should wait for a week for this guys' call to book his appointment, and he can move or cancel in just hours?
