Booked in my Audi A3 for a roadworthy and was happy with the kind and honest service. Alpesh took the time to explain some observations from the inspection and what the likely causes could be. What I appreciated was his honest opinion and practical advice on the extent of observations. No upselling and dodgy unnecessary parts replacement. A bonus was the fees were reasonable and slightly better than some others in the area. This was my first time using this local business after seeing some good Google reviews, will be coming back if I need some friendly car service.

To be honest, the service and the owner are both good. He kept his promise to finish my service in half day. The charges are fair, $80 for fixing the tyre and 2 screws of the wheel. Overall, I am satisfied and have recommeded it to my friends.

It was sad to read the other poor review's although I cannot speak for their experiences.All I can say was my first impressions of this gentleman were without question of high regard.I've dealt with many mechanics and I often feel apprehensive about them.Alpesh was well presented, professional and friendly.I was fortunate to have availability from him. As I can see he would be quite busy working on his own.I'm unsure how prices compare to other workshops but I would prefer to know my car is in good hands and I'm not being lied to.I needed ball joints replaced so as soon as I drove off with my car I was able to tell that the problem was fixed because I couldn't hear the noise anymore. Big relief to have a car that's not squeaking at every bump and turn.I would highly recommend Alpesh for a trustworthy mechanic. Thank you!
