Frank visited onsite to review the floor just days after I made an enquiry and clearly explained the options I could consider. No pressure, just clear, well explained information. Frank coordinated around 150m^2 of engineered European Oak for our home and from start to finish and the results were incredible.Big thanks to Scotty and Heath for their outstanding craftsmanship in both levelling the floor before fitting the Portsea style boards and bathrooms trimming finishes down to the mm.Highly recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of Suburban flooring co. Billy was professional in his advice with materials and issues we had faced with water damage.I appreciate the non pushy attitude of Billy. He sincerely demonstrated an attitude of working with us due to water drying issues. He was very flexible with rostering staff to do the job. All staff I met are nice people and technically savvy. We had spoken to a number of flooring companies prior to engaging Billy.
