absolute thieves. DO NOT USE>Charges for work and doesn't fix. Same as the other reviews . Avoid at all cost. They were recommended by Brother as a repairer but I have had that changed.

Took faulty Epsom printer to A&N because it wouldn’t print a4 photo paper either from back or paper cassette after 2 days they told me that the printer was not made to print photo paper from the cassette or the back feed in portrait mode so it was user error even though the manual and Epson website say the opposite just fed me rubbish. So I took it back to Officeworks who tested it said it was obviously faulty and immediately gave me a new one. Well done officeworksVery poor customer service from A&NAfter this experience I would never go to them again for anything
