Highly recommend Chris as a chiropractor he is absolutely fabulous. I’ve seen him for a painful lower back, wrist/arm issues from computering and back and shoulder pain over the last few months and he’s treated them all with huge progress as soon as the area is worked on. Chris is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have also been for some massages with Megan and dry needling, again huge improvements on target areas following these sessions. Can't recommend the team enough - best in the area!

Every appointment with Chris is great! he helped me with my lower back pains this man is full of knowledge as he taught me different exercise to support my back and encourage that active life. Would highly recommend this studio to anyone and everyone

Chris has been very effective at helping me regain mobility after an episode of acute lower pain/spasm. Both as a Chiro but also guiding me through some hip stabilty exercises, so far the combination is working wonders. After only 3 weeks my lower back feels 5 years younger!

Absolutely amazing! I came into my first session with lingering back and neck pain and came out feeling like I was walking on a cloud. Chris asked thorough questions to start with, explained everything to me in detail throughout the whole session on what he was doing and made the whole process easy. Definitely recommend Chris at Spinal Studio, this was my first time seeing a chiropractor for chronic lower back pain. I admit I had a lot of reservations about adjustments and what would happen in the session but over the last couple of months I’ve gone from pain level 8 daily to about a 1-2, and some moments a 0! Chris works with you to understand the core issue so that you have a plan to resolve the cause rather than just the symptoms. Absolutely life changing
