On three separate occasions I have visited this store and stood around waiting to be served. Today there was nope behind rhe counter, one staff member was serving a customer and the other was doing not much - certaiy not attempting to assist myself or the other person waiting at the counter.. this will be my last visit.

The priceline at the Yamanto Central is worse, the staff are under trained, and one particular staff being inflammatory using numerous cues to insite customers. Very terrible situation to witness.

I needed to pick up medication for my grandfather that could be life threatening if he didn’t have, I needed to pick them up after hours as I wasn’t going to make in time due to work. I spoke with a lady and asked if someone was able to possibly stay back a bit she simply said no they are closed by then so I asked to speak with someone else.I then got put on with Azalea and she was amazing and extremely kind, she stayed back for me to give me the medication for my elderly grandfather. I got her a box of chocolates as a thank you.

No customer service , no one manning the counters to pay , the rude staff at scriptCounter try to tell you your medication is wrong like they know anything about your medical history and try to refuse to give you the medical products you require that a doctor prescribed and recommended ! This is the 3 rd time is recent months ! Will not be back ! Plenty of other chemists around and happy to drive further into Ipswich to avoid this place !

Such a great team, the pharmacist Will and the assistants are amazing! Always so on top of things even when they are super busy, always doing their best to accommodate everyone, friendly service and support always.As are the staff at the checkouts and in store, have never had a bad experience even throughout covid!
