Domino’s Pizza Kalamunda
pepperoni deluxe advertised as 100 pieces of pepperoni per pizza - struggled to find 30 on ours. Shift manager (J) was quite rude when I rang up about it saying they use pre-packaged pepperoni amounts and he would not put 2 pkts on the one pizza. Was offered a refund or replacement pizza that would be the same as the original with 1 pkt of pepperoni on it. Took the offer of a replacement pizza, as we had visitors wanting pepperoni pizza, and amazingly it had more pepperoni on it, (though still well and truly short of the 100 pieces),. Unfortunately it took 47 mins to arrive despite us living 5 mins away from the shop. Customer service and amount of pizza toppings has gone downhill.

Update: We received a voucher which entitled us to a free large pizza. We ordered it from the Midland branch and it was perfect. Would have loved it if we got a voucher like for like (NY pizza) but anything is better than nothing. Hopefully the Kalamunda branch does better next time!Original: Just like the order from B Cross, what the heck is this. Ordered from Kalamunda instead of Midland cause it was closer and this was the result. There was barely any cheese, just the middle bit and instead you got sauce… it was cold too and we picked this pizza up. Never thought to check because we’ve never had issues before!

Some of the best pizza I’ve ever eaten- and pizza is my death row meal. You would not believe your eating dominos! Honestly so bloody good.

I have been to lots of dominos this is my favourite by far , friendliest staff in the world so helpful and top notch felt like I was the most important person ever and makes me love how good Aussies treat each other with kindness and help each other out , 10 stars keep up the fantastic service , Promotions all round , never change , be proud of this wonderful establishment , thank you

Pizza had hardly any sauce,cheese or pepperoni and the crust was 3 in allot of the pieces. The quality control is terrible.First time ordering from here. Not going to try again."

Customer service wasn’t up to standard. Front of house girl that was working tonight was treated poorly by other workers while I was on the phone in middle of making my order she was rudely interrupted by other staff members. Not only that but arriving in store staff members were rude and dismissive. I phoned specifically about the vouchers I had and asked if I could use two at the same time, the girl said I could and this is why I proceeded with my order. When arriving into store the girl said I could only use one and I explained that I was told I could use the two on the phone and was told in a very unprofessional way that I couldn’t use them. Also while dealing with the til still wearing her gloves that she was handling food with and then proceeded back to handling the food with the same gloves. Mildly disappointed.

Estimated time of tonights pizza pick up was 6:24pm....time finally out of oven 6:58. Was supposed to be a loaded Pepperoni....it definately was not loaded. When I suggested they should chuck in a garlic bread the young girl was pretty rude and said good night.

Don’t order the cheesy garlic bread from this mob or a pizza, half of them hate their job so much they can’t even put proper toppings on, cheesy garlic breads I received on multiple occasions had nothing and the pizzas a skimpy of cheese, all there side are pretty much made in the oven, I’ve had better tasting homade air fried chicken then their coony bites.Also they stopped cash for delivery now which is the way some of us have to pay as we don’t have access to a bank account, is it really that hard to add up a couple of notes n gold coins
