The staff were lovely and listened to what I wanted and explained how they were going to cut my hair to get what I wanted. The space is very inviting and I felt comfortable. I have been bouncing from hairdresser to hairdresser. I am very happy with Miss Maisy and will be returning again.

Have been coming to this salon for a couple of years now and can honestly say that the service is top notch! The girls are all fantastic, so easy to talk to and always provide multitudes of info on the services and treatments they're doing, as they're doing them. Each time they've given me exactly what I wanted and I've left totally happy. Will be continuing to come here to see Kellie and Keeley for all my hairstyling needs for the foreseeable future. Thanks guys!

Sister stores Before & After (Yarra Glen) and Miss Maisy (Croydon North) are some of the most modern, clean, and amazing hairdressers in The Valley.New owner, Shannon, has a wealth of knowledge and skills; whilst also being an amazing woman to build rapport with. She has worked hard to build an amazing team of hairdressers, barbers and beauticians alike.They have performed amazing colour corrections on my long blonde hair / which I didn’t even realise needed correcting. The difference in the “before and after” photos have showed how much they have enhanced my colour and hair condition.With modern and clean salons (complying with the current COVID-19 requirements) they have created an environment that is welcoming and enjoyable to be in. With tea and coffee facilities; it’s an amazing space to spend some down time; catch up on the gossip magazines; and chat with the staff. They have even been able to provide price estimates prior to booking appointments, to ensure your expectations on price are met.I cannot recommend these salons highly enough.

My haircut was shocking, thinned and layered from the root and very unprofessional service. I now have chunks of hair that won’t fit in a ponytail while the rest is below shoulder length. Went to my usual hairdresser to get it fixed and they did what they could to make it presentable but will have to grow my hair out to rectify the damage done.I came here because of the 5 star reviews but my previous review was deleted so I’m wondering how reliable these reviews are...

The wonderful owner of Miss Maisy has been my hairdresser for years now, and I can never fault her service and the beautiful attention to detail she looks for when working on my hair. Miss Maisy provides true quality service and dedication to all clients- absolutely real people who love what they do!Could not recommend more!

I had a bad experience at a different establishment a long time ago which meant I didn't get my hair done in a while and was anxious to do so.. but I recently went here and it was a fantastic experience and I am very happy with the results!I unfortunately forgot the name of the wonderful hairdresser I had, but she listened to my needs and concerns well and gave me a wash, blow wave, cut and style in only an hour! She wasn't even rushing. My hair never felt so good and I'll definitely return.

I walked in, my hair a mess from the previous attempts made by other hairdressers. Jules was wonderful and honest and walked me through everything she was doing to my hair.I walked out of that salon with the best blonde coloring I've ever had, my hair still healthy and shining.
