Luke was very professional in dealings with me. There was a leakage with a toilet they had installed. Once Luke was convinced where the likely source of the problem was, he arranged things efficiently and the work was carried out in a timely manner (despite CoViD difficulties!) and to a high standard. I found it very pleasant dealing with Luke and am very happy to recommend him.

Luke manages his team effortlessly and nothing is ever too much trouble. To renovate during lockdown was an unbelievable challenge but Luke was always on top of timing and squeezed trade activity into every available moment. The quality of his team is top notch with many trades having premium commercial experience, so tiling finishing was extremely high quality (and I'm a perfectionist).
