AO Massage(Sefton plaza Massage and Dry needling)

When you paying $80 for full body you expect to them for a full body massage. Although the majority of the massage was only the shoulders. I would've wished for maybe 30 minutes for the rest of the body. The service plus the full body" massage I would not recommend the place to anyone. Plus the cost was unreasonably priced."

The entire team at AO Sefton Park are fabulous. Professional and friendly and always accommodating. I look forward to my fortnightly massage and m confident knowing I will be looked after and my concerns and aches and pains are always alleviated with each visit. I cannot recommend the team more highly and especially Eric who I have been seeing for long time now. And the hot stone massage is fantastic.

Just want to write a few things after having a massage from one of the guys, not sure of his name - but I want to know where he got his license to be a masseuse ? Because from the massage I received it seemed he got his license out of a cornflakes box. The massage was extremely uncomfortable, it was supposed to be a relaxing neck and shoulder massage - I came out in more pain than I went in with. I have had better massages that were free.The massage to me was just “find a point and grind it”, no consistency at all and it was not worth the time. Also the first 5 or so minutes of my massage he was taking personal phone calls. Not very professional. If I could rate the massage lower than 1 star then I would. However my friend got her massage done by the older lady and she said she enjoyed it.Overall if the guy I had continues to work the way he did on my shoulder and neck, there will be a lot of uncomfortable people..5/10 for me.

I received a full body & reflexology Gift Voucher for Mother’s Day this year. It took some time (3 months) for me to be able to book in to redeem my gift (work commitments, Covid etc). But when I did, the process of booking (and then having to reschedule!) was easy and hassle free.My massage itself was lovely. 90mins of thorough & consistent massage over my entire body. Oil & hot stones were just right.I have given 4 stars rather than 5 however because I felt a little cold during my massage, as the blanket on the table was a little thin. And the shop was very ‘no frills’ & silent, some ambient relaxation music would have made for a much nicer experience without hearing the other noise from within the Plaza complex.

Very professional, incredibly kind and caring. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences for years.The areas are nice and private, modern facilities and they think of you comfort with soft blankets/pillows and even have electric blankets on the tables in winter to keep you warm!Eric who works there is my life saver! His skills and techniques are outstanding! He is great at tailoring to your needs, and he is so easy to talk with and somehow know exactly what you need.Can't recommend enough. He is worth his weight in gold!!!The owner is very accommodating, super easy to communicate with and accessible, and very skilled as well!I'm a regular now, and will be for many years

Love the massage and the ambiance of the place. totally met my expectations. staff are professional and very nice. went in sore and left fully restored. I would definitely get massage from them again.

Massage was nice however in the beginning, they kept asking my girlfriend to take her bra off making us both feel very uncomfortable even though she already said no and made it clear! Also felt a big dodgy as they insisted 'cash only' payment. Would not go back. The massage was good however would definitely prefer other places.

After confusion about my booking and use of voucher, having to prove that i did have a booking, and voucher was pre authorised online a week before, he reluctantly let me in. His massage was just rocking me back and forth, no real technique. Then the cupping, never had it before, would have been nice to be warned about pain, yet Zero communication.Afterwards, no pleasent farewell, just walked away from me....Er .....bye! Won't be back.

Not good massage not satisfied very noisy atmosphere staff not good facilities very bad experience I didn't suggest to go

I get my massage for shoulder neck and back regularly from Shaung. She is very good. Although not very fluent in English but massage is excellent and communication was easy.Had tried a few places before but She is the best. Highly recommended
