Rebekah is a very nice teacher, and my girl likes her a lot

I had high hopes for this dance school. Based on the information on the website, I thought that the teacher would be able to use her experience to teach high quality ballet.Unfortunately there were several occasions when my daughter would come to me after class crying because the teacher had been insulting her. When I spoke to the teacher about it she justified it by telling me it was a form of encouragement to make my child work harder. It's the 2020's, it is not acceptable to use put downs as a teaching method.The teacher had the opportunity to be an uplifting and positive force for my daughter but she chose to use fear and humiliation instead.
