They tell you that it is fine putting a sliding gate under a tree but within the warranty charge you for everything! Battery wasn't even 12 months old but wasn't working and charged for it! Came and said that someone forced open the gate! Not true! Charged for it! No emergency contact gate has been jammed shut over night still not opening noone to call! Too bad if there is an emergency and also people need to go to work!
