I went to Liz for a pregnancy massage and found her fantastic. It was the only time I had felt comfortable in over a week from all the back and stomach pain I was getting. Liz is really knowledgeable on pregnancy massage and I felt like I was in really good hands. I had my blood pressure checked as well which isn't standard for all practices but very important when you are pregnant. I would highly recommend Liz!

I have been having Bowen Therapy with Elizabeth at Natural Tranquility for the last 4 weeks and have had astounding results. Having suffered from migraines for the last 10 years and having seen multiple specialists and tried many different treatments, I have gone from having 4-5 migraines a week to none, all in just 4 weeks. Elizabeth is a fantastic practitioner, calmly providing her treatment in a relaxing and comfortable space, and takes the time to really understand your concerns and which treatments will work best for you. I highly recommend Elizabeth and her service!

Lovely relaxing and effective remedial massage by Liz. As I can't lay face down at present she was able to do a good massage by me laying on each side. Very thorough health discussion beforehand. She also sells her own home made soy candles.

I was referred to contact Natural Tranquility by a family member who suggested I see someone for pregnancy massage. I am someone who loves massages as I am on my feet a lot but I had been reserved in having a pregnancy massage as I was concerned I wouldn’t find anyone who cared as much about my pregnancy as I do. I was so delighted today to see Elizabeth. Immediately I felt I was being cared for by someone with extensive knowledge and a real passion for what they do. I felt like I could really trust Elizabeth to know what she was doing. She made assessments and even consulted my antenatal card as well as did some short research around a condition I’ve had through pregnancy to ensure all techniques performed would be safe. I am so so so beyond happy to have found her and will recommend her to anyone who will listen!Her clinic is absolutely beautiful and I bought some essential oils that were beautiful and I can’t wait to use! I also bought a candle that my husband loves!I could go on and on AND ON about my appointment today however I truly recommend you make an appointment and really see for yourself just how high a standard Elizabeth works to.And she’s super friendly and lovely!

Beautiful tranquil place. Wonderful comforting relaxing massage.Laura has warm hands and skilled touch. She has been in the industry for 20+ years so really knows what she’s doing.The owner, Liz, has created a beautiful healing environment in a little corner of Ryde. I highly recommend!

After the first few sessions, my pain reduced immensely, and I was able to move my neck freely and walk without pain in my lower back. I highly recommend Liz!
