Man behind the counter is unpleasant and unpredictable with no computer skills. Man behind the counter was making rude comments towards us and towards the government and covid.While picking up my parcel he wanted to take my phone and licence away from me. Man in this newsagents should be removed never to be able to do customer service. We feelt very unsafe. I feel he should be reported to police and government officers

Rudest man I've ever experienced in a newsagency. I have been trying to find a parcel that was supposedly there. I left a message on the voicemail of their phone number - no response. Tried again - no response. When I went in to ask about the parcel I was told there was nothing there and nothing he could check. The courier company told me again it was there, and he can check his logs. The man at the newsagency again said there was nothing and to go away".I asked why he never answered my calls and he said "I don't check the phone. There is no phone. Go away." .... so why is there a phone number on his website? Why does the voicemail say to leave a message?"

Staff was extremely rude and dismissive about COVID in terms of social distancing with customers. The man working there said “I don’t care - no one cares about COVID anymore” when we expressed concerns about him trying to grab our phone to see ID and ended up taking my phone to the back room. Dirty news agency selling dusty items that have been there for probably years. Woolworths is right next door.

absolutely the worst news agency.the staff member was desimissive and rude, had tried to retrieve a package.unable to locate package that was sent there and now I'm on the back foot of chasing for a refund.nil help from the staff member only replied with its not here anymore I DUNNO" didn't offer any help.just felt lost

Friendly staff. Easy to talk to. Had an issue with my parcel being not delivered to me but was able to pickup by my friend. I highly recommend the shop for your everyday needs.
