Chris Taylor and his team have performed below our lowest expectations. Having come to survey our property in December'22 we were advised to rush our application back to them so that it could get to council before year end holidays. We did this, completed, and paid in full. When doing the survey they got their drone stuck up our tree and couldn't retrieve it . We have now retrieved their drone and rang to give them the good news and follow up on our application which we have not heard back. AFTER MORE THAN 1 MONTH THEY HAVEN'T EVEN SUBMITTED THE APPLICATION!!! Yet they will drop everything to immediately come and pick up the drone. This post will be updated when resolved.22/02/23 UPDATE- Chris Taylor and team remained contactable and resolved all of the issues raised above and took acceptable remedial action. He did appologise, saying that they have been extremely busy, and this case had slipped through procedure.

I was very impressed with Chris's work and his understanding to client's need. His design was so thorough and he was so patient in explaining every detail in depth. Very hard to get such down to earth services nowadays and I was glad I found Chris at the right time through a timely recommendation! Thank you very much Chris and team. Keep up the great work :))
