Deeply corrupt office with zero transparency and accountability. They made me stay in fear of being put out on the street with constant threats after my mom passed away and I used to be a carer. I’ve seen so many times how they misservice and mistreat clients. Absolute disgrace. Some of them are so disgusting and hateful they should never even be allowed to talk to humans again. They believe they have the right to open tenants apartment without tenants permission just to check the fire alarm. This office is the main problem of Waterloo public housing. There should never be an office like this in this country or anywhere else.
