Second time going here and the first time the finish look was great but customer service appauling, as my nails were drying she would go on her phone. Second time I spent ages waiting and they FORGOT! about me, then when they finally came over to me i told them the colour i wanted but it didn't look the same when he started painting. They were really busy and he did a really rushed job. I had shellac done and the first time i had 4-5 coats this time only 3 coats and all around my nails and on skin is messy. Overall they just look trash and messy.

Files nails to remove seal when finished manicure to have you coming back sooner. I won't be coming back and thanks to that myshellac lasted barely two days before chipping. Wasted over $60 for a Mani PedI. Bye!WARNING. DONT LET THEM FILE THEM AT THE TIPS AFTER YOUR NAILS HAVE BEEN PAINTED WITH SHELLAC. ITS JUST A DODGY WAY TO GET YOUR NAILS TO CHIP FASTER.

Rude as..Customer service was poorI stood at the door for 10 minutes waiting and then one lady was looking at me and moved her hand a bit and i had to walk over to her and didn't want to help when I showed her what I wanted done even though 2 days before I got quoted. Twice to make sure. And yeah yous did it all wrongI wouldn't go here if I was you

Terrible experience, I had to keep asking for the same thing over and over again. Neither spoke enough english to understand short nails and please remove all the colour. Tools were old and not too well worn. I would never go back.
