Great food waitresses were great but we sat watching the treatment of the staff from the manager and we were shocked. Waitresses were doing their best and she was telling them to do all different things at the same time. Staff were getting frustrated. Food and waitresses are the only thing this place has going for it

The food was delicious but the service was terrible. Cocktails took over 45 minutes to come out and was given the wrong cocktail to what I ordered. The waitresses didn't know the menu and couldn't answer simple questions regarding the dishes. We asked multiple times to order more drinks to be told they would send someone else to grab the drink order (to which no one ever did return to the table) our main meals came out at different times and was awkward eating separately. The staff were flustered and seemed inexperienced which let down the overall dining experience.

I went with colleagues for dinner and ordered individual dish. And my dish didn’t come even after all my colleagues ate nearly half of them. They have been eating very slowly to wait for my dish.Asked different waitresses about the dish and even after 20-30 mins of asking, still didn’t come and we ended up canceling the dish.Very bad review with very bad food.I had to share my colleague’s fried rice and it was so oily.Do not come here!! We should’ve went to mexican next door with the others.

I've been coming to Mahsuri for years since I live and the area and it never disappoints.Good food, good drinks and good vibes in a beautiful location!My favourite is the chicken larb, but I've been also trying their off the menu specials from time to time and they've all been delicious.The thai fried rice is such a generous portion as well!Will definitely keep returning :)

We were shown to our table & asked if we wanted sparkling or still water then no one looked at us or came near us for over half an hour. We left & no one even took any notice. Thankfully the Indian was open nearby & within 6 mins of walking in we had water for the table & our entree order taken. This Restaurant could learn a big business lesson from the Indian.

Friendly & efficient service. We went on a busy Saturday night and we received our food and drinks in a timely manner. They clearly pick the right staff to employ. They were knowledgeable and welcoming.The food is top notch too. Serving sizes are more than generous. We have to take home a couple of takeaway containers. The Tuk Tuk Beef Curry was one of the specials, if you see it then get on it.We'd go back the next time we're down Kingscliff way.

Quite a disappointing food experience - We ordered the couples takeaway pack, which included beef Penang curry, but was essentially over cooked, tough minute steak in a runny sauce. Certainly not worth $60.

I believe in being fair, but this place apart from having 6/10 food: is a shambles. The manager isn’t fit to manage a rubbish tip. Told us it’s “not her restaurant so she doesn’t care”…Waited nearly two hours for food, that we had to remind the staff we were waiting on.When we lined up to pay, every customer was upset, and the manger had zero idea on how to deal with the anything. Blamed the staff, blamed Uber eats, told lies.If the owner is reading this, pull your team in, sack the management and start again. Train your staff to be efficient.Train your staff at the front, who told us to sit and relax when we were waiting 2 hours for food.She was lost with no idea.Place has so much potential and Clearly survives on once off business from holiday makers, the reviews are terrible and the response to them generic.The waiters did a okay job under the circumstances, but no one took charge and gave direction.Very disappointing

I don't even know where to start on how bad this place is. I see from previous reviews that i wish i had looked at before going, they have not taken on previous feedback. This place thinks you add a squeeze of lime and sugar then call it Thai food. The rice was clumpy and dry like it was cooked for a day in a rice cooker then served up at $8 a bowl to have with a $32 meat and potato curry. I let them know the rice was horrible and got told it was because i was late" - i was seated 45minutes before service ended
