Highly recommend Scotty for your cut needs, beautiful hand engraving for dog tags with little paw prints on it, personable customer service, happy to have a chat, quick and efficient key cutting! Very nice experience, definitely will be coming back

Nightmare with my watchI just need to change battery watch can’t believe in my eye he damaged my Tag heure watch . He scratched my watch with the tool more than 4 time and feel like don’t care with any effect with customer watch please check cctv on friday 12 Augusts around 4:30 pm (The Mister Minit shop is beside bookstore Coles Queen street) I think about this 4-5 days before I post . I very sad with my favorite watch that I trust him to change my battery so may I will warning everyone if your shop don’t have any knowledge enought to protect and good service please don’t toch customer watch .

Absolutely exceptional service. My watch was in need of new pins. The customer service was excellent and the attention to detail was outstanding. Would recommend to anyone. Scott is very knowledgeable in his area.

Went to replace a watch battery here today. The attending gentleman inserted the new battery and reported the watch was faulty and still didn’t work even with a new battery. He cheerfully removed it and didn’t ask for any payment even though he wasted his valuable time. Recommended.

I copied two keys last Monday. But neither of them is working. I visited again this Monday after talking on the phone. I got the key again, but he fixed the existing key and got it. When I try it again today, it still doesn't work. I don't want to waste my time on this again. I just want a refund.I don't want leave bad review.

Very impressed with the service from this Mr Minit. I had a metal plate engraved here. During the time I was waiting, about 15 minutes he must’ve been doing about five other tasks for people that rocked up to the counter. But yeah, he handled them all very well and resolved other people’s problems and mine. I also loved the great friendly service.

Very courteous and friendly. Went above and beyond to help me by replacing batteries in a remote which I had been completely unable to open. I always have my shoes repaired here and always receive prompt and professional service. So conveniently located in the Myer Centre. Highly recommended.
