Probably the largest hairdressing wholesaler Ive ever been to. They tend have a much wider range compared to Norris or Kimdec,and are reasonably priced on a lot of items.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have been a customer of theirs for 15 years and recently purchased a small box of alcohol wipes. My fault for not questioning the extortionate amount they charged at time of payment but when i rang to query it the following day they said that was correct. EVERY single other wholesaler charger a third of price for the exact same product (brand and amount) and after speaking to their head office, the phrase, 'whatever'was thrown at me. Disgusting customer service and overpriced products. They've lost a customer and hopefully many more will follow suit. Beaute Internationale and Glamaco and much cheaper and great service.

The products are so overpriced! Make sure always get your comparison online. I got referred to this place by my mum in law as she has been going to them when she used to be a hairdresser before. I didn’t even double check the price and later on after buying the hair products, I was curious if I have saved my self some money, only to find out that I overpaid $260 from this place. I could have gotten a better price online with free delivery! Very disappointed and will never going back

I walked into the shop and said hello as I walked in to the three people at the desk and only one of them said hello after finishing her conversation, mind you no one else was in the shop

Very expensive “wholesale” prices and terrible customer service. I went in there explaining I wanted to try some new styling products for my clients. They could have sold me anything but they had NO idea! The older blonde lady in particular was especially unhelpful, rude, and although her staff member was sweet and genuine I will never return. Unfortunately she seemed to be the owner or manager. Clearly she takes her customers for granted; especially in this climate.

Amazing girls and service! Yes the prices may be higher than other places but I know it’s not the girls fault at the front desk, no point abusing or complaining about it.
