Tough times, extreme ripsI understand that times are hard, and a lot of off road vehicles come here which makes it even rougher.Don't change notes to coins here, and be aware for any cycle change will take 30 seconds min. It's a rip off here. I'm a local but now will go elsewhere.

Very poor car wash stopped early cycle after paying for the top rated wash tried numerous times to contact them for a refund not even the food grace to reply left messages and sent photographic evidence. Don’t use people

Paid for $15 car auto wash which took my money but machine didnt even turn on for the wash. Contacted the number for issues and left message. Sent SMS and received a call to be told someone will be there on the weekend. Not from the local area but made the trip back to receive the carwash only for no one to be there. Several attempts to contact that day and waited an hour with my two primary school aged kids in the car, and no response. Attempted to contact again today but no response. Still need my carwash but looks like that wont happen, along with time and money lost

Credit card function out of service. Handle to select wash type is loose and doesn't point to the correct wash type. Water leaking from the joints in the high pressure washer so now my clothes are wet. No one manning the wash and I couldn't see any contact numbers to mention how poor condition this equipment is in.

Unfortunately this car wash is terrible. I have tried it 3 times now and been frustrated every time. I have NEVER been able to get through a wash without something not working… and there is no staff there to help. I highly suggest driving the 5 minutes to the Mernda one. Oh also the change machine is broken and took my $2 coin without giving back anything

This service doesn’t deserve one star. Went through the automated car wash which stopped working halfway through with soap all over the car. After trying to call the number provided about 10 times I gave up and washed off the soap myself. There was no one stationed at the car wash to help fix the problem. Upon looking at reviews the same thing has happened to people over a year ago. This is the worst run business I’ve ever had an experience with.

Credit card doesn't work and the change machine eats your money and gives nothing back. Hoses leak, regularly out of soap. Pretty sure the wax" setting is also just water most of the time

Great car wash and easily accessible next to petrol station and kfc.Vacuums are strong and automatic drive through car wash is brush less so doesn't scratch the car and washes your car like its been professionally done! I recommend doing this vs hand washing although all the bays were full and people lined up so they must be good too! Staff here were also lovely.recommended!
