Ash, Raj and Shelly made the whole process super easy to trade in my old car for a brand new Hyundai Tucson. Everything was sorted and was able to drive away within a week of enquiring about the vehicle. Incredible customer service!!

Best car experience I have ever had. From putting an enquiry online, to the first phone call, there was no pressured sales pitch, Jesse made you feel like he was just calling a mate. I made an appointment to see them and from the moment I walked into the dealership, you were made to feel important.Jesse had clients in at the time, so Sam just jumped in and took over! He knew also that I was coming, went through all the options, set us up for a test drive and we were hooked.The whole transaction was not pressured for a sale, went through which model would suit us best and the truth on to when it arrives.We received regular updates on the progress of our new car and dealt with Raj in finance, who made that transaction super easy and done remotely.Yesterday I picked my new beast up and Sam was super kind to come and get me from the station so I didn’t have to walk.My car was all ready with the black cover over her for the extra surprise and a pretty red bow.Well done Team Ballarat. I have been in contact with Kirsty regarding a Veloster and she has been increasingly hard to reach about matters that are important to me as a customer such as paint colour, registration number, VIN number etc. Thought she fails to provide details like this in a timely manner, she has been very prompt in asking whether I would like to secure the car with a deposit (numerous times). Despite knowing I will be taking a day off work to see the car, she is increasingly unreachable and my customer service standards have definitely not been met.

I had an amazing experience with Sam (sales) and Raj (finance) from Peter Stevens. They made the process of getting my MG3 very easy and quick. I first went in for a look and test drive on a Monday afternoon, and was able to take my brand new car home with me by that Friday! Both Sam and Raj answered all of the many questions and inquiries I had about the process, as it was my first time buying a car from a dealership. They were upfront, honest and spoke in customer-friendly language so I knew exactly what was going on. They were very easy to contact and keep in touch with through the process. Purchased our car from Peter Stevens Hyundai. With Ash Wilson's assistance there our experience was brilliant. We had been to our local Hyundai dealer at Warrnambool and was fobbed off and had no confidence in this dealership. Off to Ballarat we went. Called in to Peter Stevens Hyundai on a Saturday Morning. Met Ash Wilson and walked out with a new car on order. Ash listened to what we wanted and delivered. Two days later Ash called and said that our car was on its way. We got our car 4 weeks after ordering it. Thank you Ash and Peter Stevens. We will be back to do more business.

I've am really pleased with the sales and service teams at MG, in particular their responsiveness and willingness to answer questions I had about the car in the weeks after I had taken it home. I'm also very happy with the vehicle and hope it gives me many kilometres of problem free driving!
