Chicken was burnt, chips were salty, barely any chicken and all crumbs or batter, not a nice way to surprise your elderly grandparents for Mothers Day with food so they don’t have to cook

Typical KFC with chill staff that happily applied changes that we wanted to our meals. Meals were prepared fairly quickly.

i had a family feast by drive thru, service was good and kind but chicken was worst i ever had. original chicken pieces are too terrible with old dark oil. so disappointed specially for Satuday night.

I had some chicken yesterday at Dural, and it was the best KFC I have had in years. The staff were very nice and friendly, Excellent meal thank you guys and girls at Dural KFC.

Usually this kfc has been good but I visited for lunch on Sat 19th December and the burgers were horrible the fillets were tiny and very chewy tasted like they were 3 days old. The burger had hardly any mayo or lettuce, does not even resemble the burger pictured on the menu. I went in and showed it to the manger and she rolled her eyes snatched the burger off me and threw it in the bin and got another that was exactly the same so I gave up and didn't bother going back in and thought I would share this experience so others don't waste their money going here. On top of this the chips did not have any salt and the tenders were the size of nuggets. I will not be going back to this KFC
