Nathan and the team are professional and easy to communicate with. Highly responsive with the temporary fix completely quickly to the roof sheet. Later an entire gutter and roof sheet was replaced with delay. Job was scheduled asap without risk exposure to the current heavy rains in Melbourne.

I wanted a gas pipe relocated within my property, they tried to tell me i needed my gas line upgraded due to a loss in pressure passing accross my property, which was a blatant lie. Treated me like i was stupid because im a woman. Then they quoted twice the value of the work to complete, claiming material costs. They also tried to charge me a call out fee to attend and quote the job.I went elsewhere and got a quote for less than half their quote. Would never use again

We had an issue with a leak in our shower, Nathan came out quickly and notified me what time he would be there. He informed me of any upfront costs before the work started and the price was reasonable. He was thorough in identifying the issue. Would definitely use again!

I would not hesitate to recommend Nathan of Endpoint Plumbing. He is extremely professional, helpful, nothing is too much trouble and he responds quickly out of usual business hours if urgent.
