Never been treated so rudely for making basic requests that one would expect when paying for a service.Apparently it’s too much to ask a nail tech here to:1. Please don’t buff so hard/deeply into my nail bed that it hurts.2. Please wipe the very obvious piece of black string off my nails before you seal it in with shellac (claimed she couldn’t see it - so she didn’t have to do any more work)Extremely rude, lazy, poorly trained nail techs. Two very basic requests that I asked for politely and was snapped back at with ‘I’d recommend you do your nails by yourself in the future because we are already trying our best’. Never been so shocked in my life at how appalling the service was, especially when I wasn’t even being rude.

Jess & the girls are amazing, I've been going here for years now & i've never had a bad experience, i feel bad for the girls who deal with my toe's every now and then, but other than that! 10/10 lovely place & service.

Disgusting service today and walked out with sore nails as they cut my skin.All my nails were differently shaped, when I told the technician she just laughed. It’s so disappointing when you pay to go and pamper yourself and your treated like that. Will definitely not be coming back!

Walked in this store to get a pedicure, asked the girl that approached me if she had a pink shade of colour which were on my nails at the time. She couldn’t be bothered helping me as she said a straight NO very rudely and walked away from me. She was just being lazy and couldn’t be bothered working at all. She is still chatting to her work colleagues as I type this review very poor customer service. Will never attempt to go do my nails there ever again. So many other beauty salons too choose from. And way better customer service and quality of work.

Not a good place to get your nails done. I went there to get done my nails. I asked the lady to do my nails. One of the nice lady stared with my nails and the Second Lady came and grabbed my hand and start doing my nails. She was so rude. It was around their closing time. She even didn’t finish the whole process and just painted my nails with colours and told me to go and wash my hand and go home. I asked them that it’s not finish and the other two lady came and started screaming on me and told me to go home. One of them grab the payment machine and when I told them that it’s not done yet. She said pay and go home m. I was gently talking to them and even. Didn’t get rude.I ended up paying them and walk. Well it was just waste of my money. If considering to go there. Don’t waste your money.

Best Salon! The girls are lovely, so friendly and professional. The girls really make you feel welcome and comfortable and their skills are top tier. 10/10

I have done SNS here and i got the worst service ever. The staff is very rude and doing harsh job on nails. They cut my skin and never apologised and fix that. After two days my nails get broken and i went to fix them and they were very rude with my and denied to fix that.. i ask her to behave politely and she refused and start screaming.I never ever recommend to go back.Totally waste of money. And the most important thing is not doing good job on skin and nail.

I have just had the most unpleasant experience while getting an SNS manicure.The technician was very rude to me after multiple attempts of moving my left hand in a manner that caused me pain. She said to me spread your fingers, when I did that and got nail polish on a finger she tisked loudly as if to frustrate her. Then I said “I did spread my fingers.” Then she went on to say “why can I do this hand easily, but not this hand. What it’s wrong with your hand?”I said “I am doing what you are telling me to do, I have never had this problem before.” She went onto belittle me in front of customers and workers there. I said “I don’t know if the problem is you, or me, but I know not to come back here again. Then I said there is obviously something wrong with my hand then.”I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and for all she knows I might have a disability preventing me from being able to move my hand in a particular way. But it is her job to move my hand in a way to be able to get my nails done.I have never felt so belittled in an establishment where I am paying for a service.I encourage customers to have a thick skin, because you’ll need it! I on the other hand (no pun intended) will not be returning.

Mia was incredible - very gentle and kind, paid attention when I mentioned my sore toe. Will definitely be coming back!
