Vanessa at Paradise Pilates is amazing, her studio is also such a nice welcoming space. Vanessa's instruction techniques are second to none, she takes the time to ensure you are getting the absolute best out of yourself and she has a very high level of pride and skill in her teaching. Vanessa is also so friendly and easy going, I have always felt comfortable to do one on one training with her or join in any of her classes as she makes you feel so welcome. Thank you Vanessa!!

Paradise Pilates Port Douglas
I've been attending this studio since it opened and really appreciate the thoroughness and passion for wellness demonstrated and shared by our instructor Vanessa. Her approach to Pilates is completely absorbing and healthy for body and mind. A really pleasant ambiance to boot.
