He rectified his mistake. Thanks for your honesty.*****************Hi,I ordered five 1200 x 800 pallets. I spoke to Bill and he confirmed the availability. Next day I hired a delivery person and sent him to collect pallets.I agreed to pay delivery person $80.On reaching there, they said Pallets are unavailable.My delivery person got really confused and he picked up 1200 x 1100 pallets. Also all these pallets were really full of dirt.This was quite unprofessional.My center does not allow me to keep these pallets and hence I had to pay $30 to remove these pallets.Bill accepts the mistake and he promised to deliver 1200 x 800 free of cost.I shall provide 1 star till the time he rectifies the mistake. If he really care of customer and rectifies his mistake, I shall change it to 5 stars.ThanksAsh
