Customer service is horrible, the cashier was hopeless. She left me standing there after I paid. I had to reach over and grab my receipt myself while she gasbaged with her peers... As much I love shopping I will never go in that store again

Service wasn't good today. There was only only person on the upper level who had to take care of the fitting rooms service, cashier job and responding to customer needs! At the lower level there was a long queue to pay.

Service was terrible today, I was standing in line waiting to be served approximately 5to 7 minutes while 3 girls where huddled around one cash register discussing a issue while only one person was left to serve with a line of customers waiting.The one person serving requested help due to customers waiting in line but she was ignored.Lazy staff.

My friend bought me a pair of Shorts online for me to pick up at this store. They gave me the wrong size by mistake. The funniest part was that when I requested a size exchange, they process a refund without my consent and then asked me to pay again. Then I spoke to the manager, who was absolutely unhelpful and rude. He told me that there was a communication problem with their staff. And said They are not going to do anything to remedy their mistake.I ended up going back home with empty hands and waiting for 14 days for my refund.

Poor management, on a busiest day on Saturday they had only one cashier to serve all the costumes. 2 other cashiers just walked away and left the entire shop to be served only by one cashier. It's absolutely unprofessional. Shot it down If you can't afford having extra staff on weekends!

I was charged 10 dollars more than the actual price. I am the Asian guy wearing a black jacket at the counter at 5:29 pm today. The Asian lady at the counter was disrespectful. After I made the payment, instead of handing the bags to me, she deliberately took them to the side of the desk and put them on the floor, so I had to walk to the side and pick them up like a dog. I didn't understand why she was doing this, I was just standing opposite her, she could have just handed it to me. This is rude. Nobody should be treated like this !

One of the biggest Zara stores I have seen. Located on 2 levels, current styles and sale items available. Loved the menswear collection as great choices including shoes and accessories but for ladies, it would be a candy field as beautiful clothing. Lay out is fantastic and spacious and can find whatever you need whether it's a casual outfit or something dressy for a special occasion, not only for the ladies, but also great casual and dressy outfits for men.

It's not a bad branch with a wide variety of clothing, however lacking in sizing. The store is large and clean. This branch, just like the Chaddy branch, lacks customer service. Staff are never friendly and, at most, appear unhelpful. Would still purchase the clothes but do not expect any service at all and one shall be fine.
