We wanted a nice thick juicy steak for dinner. They offered us 4 cattleman’s cutlets.Cooked 10 minutes each side and rested for 10 minutes.The meat just melted in your mouth.Service was quick and friendly.Pricing note too bad considering the quality of the steaks.

Visited Camden on the weekend from Sydney and decided to pick up a roast pork to cook for Sunday lunch. Boneless, shoulder roast was outstanding! Clear instructions from the butcher on preparing the roast to produce amazing crackling and pork was succulent and tender. Thank you for your friendly and helpful service.

Great meats, very healthy and cheap to buy. Very nostalgic.The workers are amazing. Great to have friendly chats when I pop by once a week. Friendly all around.We share friendly cooking advice, also. Amazing ideas every time.
