You won't find any better pre and post sales service than Bike Trials Direct. Buying bikes online is always somewhat daunting. Alex is very responsive to questions and help with any replacement parts/upgrades down the track. Beyond this Bike Trials Direct is very active in welcoming newcomers and keeping the trials community connected.

10/10 service from Biketrials Direct here in Oz. I’ve had loads of spare parts shipped asap from them in the past, and recently had a whole new bike sorted through them which arrived only a couple of days are payment. Biketrials Direct fielded ALL of my questions no matter how silly and repetitive before I pulled the trigger on the new bike and have always had killer service. Thanks team! Love the new bike

Great service.Ordered the bike online and they made regular contact with me keeping me in the loop with the build.Bike was shipped via Star Track and arrived in good condition. Opening up the box I found the bike packaged carefully and all paintwork was untouched. Recommend them to anyone
