I'm a previous student and have taken ballet, jazz, and stretch and flex here. The teachers and staff at WAPS have always made me feel welcome. Ive loved learning to dance here.

Awesome, supportive and professional environment to learn dance and music. Would recommend for children and adults of all abilities. Staff are enthusiastic and everything is communicated clearly. As an adult student, I enjoyed the opportunity to perform and the social aspect of being a part of the WAPS family.

Thank you to the WA performance school for being so professional yet so magical. I have struggled finding the perfect classes for children. I find a lot of the times they underestimate them, that’s also what I remember I hated as a kid. The WA performance school has professional teachers with their own experience and they know what the children are capable of and they get the best out of them. While they work them hard the children don’t realise they’ve done any work, they just have a magical time and learn so much without realising.Thank you WA performance school for taking such good care of our children AND ourselves.I went to waapa, I could be called a professional dancer and I still love the quality and fun of adult classes. Kids are not the only ones allowed to learn and have fun everyday :-)The company seems to be ran fully by industry professionals which reads so wonderfully when dealing with the admin side of things.All round great experience!

Dance, Drama, Singing, Piano and Acrobatics lessons for students aged 2 years to adult, all levels. No experience required for most classes. Location within Lords complex (at the Western entrance - access from Price St) means there's a cafe onsite too. Beware of confusing GPS instructions - best way to find it is from Hay St, turn into Tighe St, then take the first right into Price St. Enter the first available driveway on your right and you'll see the big purple sign on the building on your left. WAPS clients can use all normal Lords parking bays, but you risk fines if you park in a Meerkats bay.

We hired a performer from the WA Performance School for our son's 5th birthday party, with a Royal" theme. Our "Duke" from WAPS

I contacted WAPS about their Crazy Circus party at fairly short notice in a bit of a panic as i had a group of 22 kids and nothing for them to do on a forecasted rainy party day. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful lady who very quickly managed to settle everything finding us an entertainer even at a few days notice. She was helpful, kind and willing to answer many questions.The day of the party we met with out entertainer and the kids had a wonderful time playing games, doing tricks, learning new things like juggling and dancing. Their dance routine at the end was wonderful and our daughter was made to feel so special. She says that it was the best party ever.Even though it was geared towards the older kids my 2 year old son had a wonderful time joining in and was treated with care and kindness.Overall we are so happy to have found this place it made things so much easier and the kids had a great time and the parents thought it a great idea.I would highly recommend WAPS for party entertainment. They were through friendly, calm and professional and made it a great day.Thank you!

The staff at WAPS are so friendly and welcoming its like a second family. They have heaps of different classes on offer for people of any age or experience

WORST customer service. Very unhelpful and unresponsive to emails. I purchased a 6 month casual class but they wouldn't let me use my casual classes over the summer. I asked if they would extend my pass so I could at least use my remaining pre-purchased classes when the regular term started again. They said no. Then they literally ignored the rest of my correspondence. After weeks of nothing from them I went to ACCC and lodged a formal complaint. ACCC told them they can't do that and it was agreed that I would get a partial refund for unused classes given they were the ones not running any standard classes for several weeks, and they wouldn't extend the expiry. I mean, who does that? They sold me a pass that I literally could not use. That's like selling somebody a gym membership then not having any equipment there. What a joke. I then sent an email requesting the refund and still nothing. I don't even know if I'll get my money back now. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Big thumbs down from me.

I had big hopes for this school, but was dissapointed with the class for my 3 years old daughter. Another unprofessional teacher (in my opinion of ex - professional dancer) who puts some pop music for three year old kids! Overall, no structure of the class, no clear instructions for kids, and zero attention on kids themselves.
